I am selling 2 weeks in an ocean front condo in Myrtle Beach, S.C.. This timeshare is the Yachtsman. It is located right in front of the 14th street fishing pier. The room style is called a cutter. With 2 weeks you can rotate the weeks back and forth and almost be guaranteed the week you request. The maintaince fees for both run about $900.00 a year. Most years we would rent out the week of July 4th and earn about $800.00 for the rental. That way we had a week that would cost over $1100.00 for only $200.00 to $300.00 per year. Some years we would rent both weeks and actually make some money. The Yacthsman has 2outdoor and 1 indoor pools, activity/game room and laundry room. The rooms include mcirowave, oven, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, blender, all cookware, dishes,slilverware, iron, vaccum, 1 or 2 TV'S, and DVD player. I have owned these for 7 years and have only had once that I did not get the week I requested. Call and I can explain more how it works.
