My fiance just recently lost his job and we're having a hard time finding work right now. He has experience doing maintenance and if possible we would like a place where possibly rent could be free for the first month if he fixes up the place. We have a baby on the way and really need somewhere to live seeing as we are being kicked out of our apt. by the 1st of next month.
