Beauty $25.00 and a $10.00 toy
Optionals are $5.00 each
Best Model, Dress, Hair and Smile

19 mo – 3 yrs
4-6 yrs
7-9 yrs
10-12 yrs
13-15 yrs
16-up
Deadline to enter is December 5th.

1.Entry fee of $25.00 plus $5.00 for any optionals must be paid by Dec. 5th.
2.Pageant will be pageant wear or Sunday best.
3.Pageant will begin promptly at 2:00 pm on December 12th
4.Judges decisions are final.
5.Admission to the pageant will be $2.00 for 5 and up.
6.Age is determined by the contestant’s age on the day of the pageant.
7.There will be a $25.00 service charge on returned checks.
Checks should be made out to Renee Flatt.
8.A $10.00 gift must be brought to the pageant. These toys will be delivered to Vanderbilt’s Children’s Hospital prior to Christmas. Along with money raised.
