This dress recently won the Putnam County Fairest of the Fair Young Miss title.This dress was bought at Ready, Set, Grow in July new for $400. It is royal blue with a very intricate straps and very detailed beading. The straps in the back cross from the left shoulder to the right lower back of the dress. It has a slit to the left side. It also has a train and a fan like piece of material that comes off of the right back which looks like an extension of the crossed straps. There are also two large broaches on the dress.
