This dress is very elegant. It is Black in color and has the Royal Blue treads that run through it an when turned at an angle it shows the Beautiful Blue Color. It stacks at the chest area and is a size 3/4. Prom is over for the year but at $35.00 for a dress as pretty as this one you could have it ready for the next special occasion!
